What I enjoy about living on the Ottawa river is observing the ever changing landscape. Today, the Ottawa river is open and flowing. We didn’t notice any fish shacks on the river this year.
20 years ago, we easily counted a dozen or so on the Quebec side. I wonder if anybody is noticing. What are you noticing in your environment?
